Shipping Instructions Print either one of the customer information sheets below and enclose it with your injectors. If you have Acrobat on your computer, use the PDF format and you can type in your information. Customer information sheet (download & type info in). Please leave the o-rings on at least one injector so we can ensure that you get the proper replacements. You can leave them all on, we will return them. It would be helpful if you cleaned the top layer of dirt and grease off of them. Wrap your injectors individually and put them in a plastic bag to keep the package from smelling of gasoline. This keeps the shipping folks happy. Please do not ship your fuel rails or additional charges will apply. Return shippingWe charge a $10.00 flat rate and will ship via priority mail. We do not ship internationally, only to US addresses. Please do not call us to see if we have received your injectors since we will have to stop working to answer the phone. We suggest that you purchase delivery confirmation or use a carrier that has tracking information available. Payment informationWe will only accept Visa, Master Card, money order or PayPal as payment. PayPal If paying by PayPal, we will email you a request for payment after we complete the injectors. Please include an email address. Credit cards If paying by credit card be sure to include your credit card info and sign the credit card authorization on the information sheet. Not providing this information may delay shipping your injectors back to you.
