Shipping Instructions

Print either one of the customer information sheets below and enclose it with your injectors.
If you have Adobe Reader or Acrobat on your computer, please use the top one and you can just type in your information and print it out.

Work will not be started work on your injectors if the customer information sheet is not included with them.

Please leave the o-rings on at least one injector so we can ensure that you get the proper replacements. It is best just to leave them all on as we will return them anyway.
It would be helpful if you cleaned the top layer of dirt and grease off of them.

Wrap your injectors individually and put them in a plastic bag to keep the package from smelling of gasoline. This keeps the shipping folks happy.

Please do not ship your fuel rails or additional charges will apply.

It is advised that you install and use injectors within 30 days after your receive them back to minimize any chance of them sticking. If you don't plan on using the injectors for a long time, it may be best to wait before sending them in.
If they do have to sit for extended periods, don't allow them to dry out and store them in a plastic bag or airtight container.

Return shipping

We return ship via priority mail an charge a $10.00 flat rate for an amount of injectors.

Express mail return shipping is available for $27.50, please indicate that you would like this on the information sheet included with your injectors. Ten injectors maximum.

$100 insurance will be provided on return shipments. If you require more, please note it on the customer information sheet, (up to a $500 maximum) for an additional fee of $1 per $100 extra. Contact us if you require more than that amount.

We do not ship internationally, only to US addresses.

Please do not call us to see if we have received your injectors since we will have to stop working to answer the phone. We suggest that you purchase delivery confirmation or use a carrier that has tracking information available.

Expedited service

If our normally quick turn times aren't quite fast enough... For a $25 expedite fee, we will service your injectors ahead of any the others that arrive that day, doing this, it's possible for your injectors to be on their way back to you 1 to 2 days sooner than normal, depending on the workload at that moment in time.

Payment information

We will only accept Visa, Master Card, money order or PayPal as payment.
No checks will be accepted.

PayPal

If paying by PayPal, we will email you a request for payment after we complete the injectors. Please include an email address.
For fastest service, please use a credit card. Using PayPal may cause a delay in shipping your injectors. Some email filters can keep payment requests from reaching you in a timely manner.

Credit cards

If paying by credit card be sure to include your credit card info and sign the credit card authorization on the information sheet. Not providing this information may delay shipping your injectors back to you.
The form must be signed... if you want your injectors serviced.
The injectors must be shipped to the name on the card.
